MADOVERBIKING (MOB) is not a manufacturer of products that are sold on the website. MOB is only a reseller/retailer/e-tailer selling brand products via distributors.

The warranty is as per the manufacturer and is covered by them.

However, MOB will only facilitate the warranty and claim process and will still ensure that you best utilize your investments and we help solve your queries & defective products as earliest as possible.

The Warranty Policy is different for different brands and is covered by the manufacturer and shall be applicable in the Indian subcontinent only. We have summarized the policies by various brands, and categories.

Brand warranty does not cover Product breakage, scratches, damages caused by accident, mishandling, negligence, shock, tampering and loss of components or accessories, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs; or normal wear & tear.

Warranty conditions

Warranty Requirements

Please ensure all three requirements below are met for us to process your warranty claim:

  • Please email/WhatsApp us the pictures of the product to be duly validated to 9315376395 along with the order ID/invoice.
  • Serial number is mandatory for Melian products. Without a valid serial no., warranty claims will not be processed
  • Pack all the products properly in One single box to avoid any transit-related damage.
  • Please send back all accessories received along with the product to avoid any delays in the claim.

Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs for inbound warranty claims.
