The insect net stops insects finding their way into the helmet. The net is integrated between microshell and EPS inner shell in the helmet and therefore offers sufficient clearance between the insect‘s sting and your head.
With the maxSHELL® process the outer shell is irreversibly bonded to the EPS inner shell in a second working stage. The composite reacts is much more flexible under pressure than inmold helmets.
The patented QUICKSAFE®-system provides easy and precise adjustment to each individual head shape and guarantees highest comfort and maximum safety.
The QUICKSTOPP® system at the center top of the helmet allows quick length adjustment of the strap and prevents uncontrolled sliding of the strap from one side of the head to the other.

- Serial number is mandatory for Melian products. Without a valid serial no., warranty claims will not be processed
- Pack all the product properly in One single box to avoid any transit related damage.
- Please send back all accessories received along with the product to avoid any delays in claim.
