The Headset and Bearing Press is a professional quality tool designed to precisely and accurately install 1", 1⅛", 1¼", and 1.5" headsets as well as most press-fit bottom brackets. Features include removable, 33cm, ergonomic handles, a precision roller thrust bearing for smooth low-effort pressing, a quick release lower press module for fast tool positioning and removal, and an extensive working range from 60mm to 320mm for ultimate versatility. Two sets of adapters are included with the press. Two Stepped Cup Bushings are sized to fit most 1” and 1⅛" standard headset cups and nest into press plates ensuring precise alignment. Two 22mm ID Shim Adapters ensure precision alignment of any brand-specific cup bushings designed with 22mm inside diameter. A complete set of compatible press-fit bottom bracket bushings is available separately.

Warranty conditions
- This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period.
- This warranty is valid only when purchased through madoverbiking.com
- The decision of the company (manufacturer/distributor) the nature of the defects and applicability of the warranty will be final.
- The company (manufacturer/distributor) will, in no event be liable or obligated for the payments/refund of any special incidental or consequential damages
Warranty Requirements
Please ensure all three requirements below are met for us to process your warranty claim:
- Please email/WhatsApp us the pictures of the product to be duly validated to support@madoverbiking.com/ 9315376395 along with the order ID/invoice.
- Serial number is mandatory for Melian products. Without a valid serial no., warranty claims will not be processed
- Pack all the products properly in One single box to avoid any transit-related damage.
- Please send back all accessories received along with the product to avoid any delays in the claim.
Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs for inbound warranty claims.
