Zakpro Signature helmets
Signature series are a series of Inmold helmets which gives a greater strength compared to out mold helmets. The helmets are white in colour and has a glossy finish and also presented with the permanent marker pen. Riding enthusiatist can mark their longest rides in the helmets as their remembrance by which they can take proud off. Sample of the signed helmet in shown in the photos.
Key Features
Inmold construction: A thin piece of plastic is placed in a mold and conforms to the surface. Beads of polystyrene are then added to the mold, it is bolted together and then injected with steam under pressure. The steam expands the polystyrene beads, forming them into the shape of the mold essentially making a completed helmet. The fusing of the EPS and plastic shell gives the helmet great resistance to cracking from an external blow making it a safe helmet for the riders.
Vents: The helmet features 29 vents which facilitates sufficient airflow. These kind of extra vents comes handy during hot days. With more vents, the helmet also becomes lighter and easy to wear. The helmet just weighs 240 GM.
Use a measuring tape to put around your head 1 inch above your eyebrows. This will give you the largest circumference of your head. Note down the size in centimeters.

- The decision of the company (manufacturer/distributor) the nature of the defects and applicability of the warranty will be final.
- The company (manufacturer/distributor) will, in no event be liable or obligated for the payments/refund of any special incidental or consequential damages
Warranty requirements
Please ensure all three requirements below are met for us to process your warranty claim:
- Please email/WhatsApp us the pictures of the product to be duly validated to support@madoverbiking.com/ 9315376395 along with the order ID/invoice .
- Serial number is mandatory for Melian products. Without a valid serial no., warranty claims will not be processed
- Pack all the product properly in One single box to avoid any transit related damage.
- Please send back all accessories received along with the product to avoid any delays in claim.
Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs for inbound warranty claims.
