Suitable for: Road 23 mm, 25 mm, 28 mm
Mounting instructions
1.Installation is done when fitting the tire.
2.Rest the tire flat on a table.
3.Mount the inner tube by starting with the valve. Carefully inflate until it falls into place.
4.Slide the Z Liner between the inner tube and the tire.
5.Roll out the Z Liner and insert it opposite the valve.
6.Cut the tape with a pair of scissors being careful to leave a 2 cm gap between the two strips which will help stop the tapes overlapping and pinching the inner tube. A squashed inner tube is more likely to puncture.
7.Check the Z Liner is in the correct position before adding the rest of the tire and inflating it to the right pressure.

Warranty conditions

• This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period.
• This warranty is valid only when purchased through madoverbiking.com
• The decision of the company (manufacturer/distributor) the nature of the defects and applicability of the warranty will be final.
• The company (manufacturer/distributor) will, in no event be liable or obligated for the payments/refund of any special incidental or consequential damages

Warranty requirements

Please ensure all three requirements below are met for us to process your warranty claim:

• Please email/WhatsApp us the pictures of the product to be duly validated to support@madoverbiking.com/ 9315376395 along with the order ID/invoice .
• Serial number is mandatory for Melian products. Without a valid serial no., warranty claims will not be processed
• Pack all the product properly in One single box to avoid any transit related damage.
• Please send back all accessories received along with the product to avoid any delays in claim.

Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs for inbound warranty claims.
